Welcome to Senses of the Soul—a sanctuary where the wisdom of the earth meets the journey of the spirit.

Since 2001, I have walked the path of the herbalism, serving as a bridge between the healing power of Nature Spirit Medicine and the awakening of the human heart. It is my deepest honour to have supported thousands of souls as they move from healing into thriving, tending to their inner gardens and expanding their sense of consciousness.

My practice is rooted in the sacred alchemy of trauma recovery, archetypes, and shadow work, providing a grounded vessel for Ascension and psychospiritual evolution. I believe that when the body, heart, or mind speaks through illness or chaos, it is often a call to return to our true nature. By shedding what no longer serves and embracing heart-centered, eco-spirituality, we reclaim our roles as conscious co-creators. Together, we weave a sustainable and soulful destiny for ourselves and the generations yet to come.

My sessions are in person (Parksville, BC) or over Zoom. My practice is supported by Sydney Leask (Office Manager Extraordinaire!) who connects with you and mails out your products.
