Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your product- you have 30 days from your order date on your receipt to send us any unopened, undamaged product back (customer is responsible for shipping cost and arrival in safe condition).  Once we receive the product we will give you a 100% refund via the method of payment used to purchase.  If the product arrives damaged- please email us at customerlove@sensesofthesoul.ca for instructions on how to have replacement product sent to you (including shipping). Please take pictures of the damaged product and box as we need that for insurance purposes.

Opening the Senses of the Soul Book, Oracle Card Deck and Belief Repatterning Cards and e-books are non-refundable

Cancellations

If you have an appointment booked with Samantha there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.  You will receive an email and text reminder of your appointment, which will also allow you to change or cancel your appointment if necessary.  Please make sure to update your email and cell number information so you continue to receive your appointment reminders.  Appointments or sessions not canceled within 24-hours will be charged a $95.00 cancellation fee (for adult appointments), and $85.00 (for child and wise person appointments).  Thank you in advance.

Senses of the Soul will not use a customer’s personal information for the purpose of extending marketing relationships with outside firms.

Our promise to you is that we will never sell, share, or trade your personal information to any company, person or affiliate. We do not research or sell buying habits and we do not transfer your online purchasing and personal information onto any other machine. We are committed to your privacy and personal security.
