The Urban Warrior Tea moderates the input of stimulation to your adrenals, reducing the stress put on them due to a frantic and busy lifestyle. On top of your kidneys sit the adrenal glands, which are responsible for the creation and regulation of many of the hormones in your body. The adrenals are one of the most important parts of your body, but so few people know about them or how to care for them, resulting in depletion of this crucial gland. Stress, sugar, caffeine and alcohol wear the adrenals down causing them to fatigue, affecting other hormone producing glands in your body.
