Hello Beautiful Soul!
October's Ascension Energies are gifting us with Unity Integration! After a previous month of intense DNA Upgrade coding we are now undergoing heart based amalgamation for the next two months, in preparation for further soul expansion in December.
This month we have the opportunity to integrate Oneness to a new level within us, and dance with the Spiritual Law of Polarity. Mastering this law allows us to engage mindfully to recognize duality, and wisely transform it to maintain more inner balance and harmony. Moment to moment each of us can choose where we fall on the spectrum of duality.
As our sense of attunement to the higher Unified Realms grows via the Ascension process, we gain a greater appreciation and urge to transform the earthly reality of fear-based polarity into the spiritual reality of heart-based, unity consciousness.
As well, the embodiment of the Lover and Magical Child Archetypes in October will encourage deep healing of our heart chakra along with cosmic assistance to practice emotional transmutation.
Overall this Unity process supports us to find more self love, ease feelings of sadness, grief, and depression, while promoting a sense of spiritual resilience, pure courage, childlike optimism (living present moment), and inner strength.

October psychospiritual and physical symptoms:
This year the body and mind will be challenged to come into greater synthesis with the whole, with the concept of compassionate co-creation, with pulling in information in a holistic/holographic way, the nervous system will be taxed and stretched to bring in greater attunement to higher frequencies.
The sun cycle will continue to be very active and support shifts in our power, spiritual illumination and clarity. Other important comic dates, planetary alignments and gateways will trigger the opportunity to ascend, bring in more creativity and manifestation.

Positive symptoms: self love & acceptance, a feeling of lightness, decrease in heart pain, emotional transmutation, willingness to open heart, bridging of head to heart, forgiveness, unconditional love for self/others, joy, play, heart centered purpose and spirituality, detachment from drama, attracting healthy, interdependent relationships
Feeling more creative, greater connection to All That Is/universal consciousness, sense of new direction/higher alignment/creating your own reality, feelings of growth, moving on from survival mode/completion of a cycle, deeper desire to serve, more connection to heart based decisions & actions, feeling stronger and connected to your inner essence, awareness of healthy emotional boundaries, more wholeness within, greater resolve, balanced emotional intensity, Higher Mind awareness (clear sight and self acceptance),
Negative/Shadow symptoms: easily triggered, imbalanced emotional intensity, low self esteem/self worth, emotional avoidance, victim mentality, digestive issues related to stress/nerves, gallbladder/liver symptoms, tension in solar plexus, neck/shoulder tension, heart pain, lower immunity, viral symptoms, anger, grief, overriding intuition (especially concerning life changes), grief, depression, anger, rage
