Hello Awakened Soul!
May’s Ascension Energies see us continuing to workout what it is we truly need and desire amid growing pressure to conform and fit in. This will feel like a push-pull month for those Awakened Souls that choose to question authority, restrictions, non-critical thinking and the mainstream narrative’s quest to enforce a certain type of reality.
However, cosmic energies coming in through this powerful 5:5:5 Gateway will ensure that many are placed on a new trajectory that will continue to bring in a co-creative and love based paradigm despite being squeezed by less than impeccable earthly forces. The old earth timeline of force, control and fear continues to struggle like a dying animal and will kick and scream to the bitter end.
555 (May 5, 2021, 2+0+2+1=5) signals a shift in our destiny, with a helping hand from Spirit, if we release our fear, strengthen our faith, and drop our cynicism about our circumstances. This redirection will continue well until August by the time we move through the powerful 8:8 Gateway. We also have a Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse on May 26th that is sure to amplify Divine Will and pair that with our own inner longings and intuitive sensing. In essence, May is packed with gentle (and perhaps not so gentle) nudges and loving support from a higher power to take inspired action despite any road blocks.
Our pineal gland (7th chakra) will be attuning in a different way to these higher energies which will reactivate certain strands of our DNA to bring in more self-empowerment, autonomy, individuation, creativity and imagination. The pineal is a gland in our head that facilitates realignment and improved communication between dimensional layers within the body and it is a crystalline receptor that attunes us to divine guidance.

May is a Destiny Changer for Me -
I am moving on!
It is with mixed emotions that I announce that I am moving to Lasqueti island in BC! I felt the nudge from Spirit over a year ago and began the process of feeling my way to a place that would support my need for deeper nature connection, simplicity, more balance and contemplation. I am entering into my 55th year in May, which by no accident coincides with the most powerful 555 Destiny Gateway of the year. I am also in my 20th year of my health practice and my book is 10 years old.
My soul knows it is time for a change, I am craving new adventure and growth, so Spirit is lending a helping hand! The world is quickly changing and I feel that we need to constantly adapt, find deeper spiritual connection, supportive relationships and streamline our lives to thrive.
As the Ascension energies intensify I also intuit that I will need to be somewhere that has more balanced masculine and feminine energies so that I can continue to support those clients who need distance energy work, soulful guidance and attunement/alignment to higher input.
I will be reducing my client load and doing only online consults/readings starting in September.
As for adventure, my good friend Dawn and I purchased 1 acre with a cottage on the ocean and an additional 11 acres down the road that is bordering on 320 acres of Crown land. With excitement and trepidation we are giving up ¾ of our possessions and pulling up our long term Alberta roots.
Our Lasqueti dream is to create an orchard/food & herb garden, protect the old growth trees, perhaps create a place to rent on the land for nature connection with eco-tours and whatever else Spirit tells us or tickles our fancy. Watch for our mid-life shenanigans and homesteading in future newsletters along with plenty of pictures / videos! We will savour every minute of it!
Just getting to the island is an adventure in itself, with a small passenger only ferry that allows smaller items aboard, and then anything else has to be barged over!
I want to learn to kayak, drive a boat, fish for salmon and prawns, live off grid (wood, solar and propane only), hike and enjoy the endless sunsets out our windows. The bay we are living in has seals, sea lions, humpback whales, orcas, eagles, sea otters, herons and more that cruise by daily!
Sydney, Sense of the Soul’s product making fairy, dreamy professor, Office Manager extraordinaire, and my soul daughter will also be relocating somewhere around Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island. She will continue to send out SOTS and other clinic products to all in need from there! She is a brave and adventurous soul! She said YES to relocating and has not even been to Vancouver Island. I admire her courage, zest for life and spunk! Love you Sydney!!
Senses of the Soul Botanical Sanctuary and Farm are now 10 years old, and the growth and friendships I experienced through its creation will forever remain in my heart. It is being passed on to a couple who love the garden, appreciate permaculture and will nurture the land in the years to come.
Sadly some of my animals cannot make the somewhat arduous trip to the island. My chickens, ducks and goats have found loving homes. My two horses and two dogs will come along for the ocean ride.
So here is how things will fall out...
Moving Timeline:
May 29th: Last day of in person clinic
June 3rd: Samantha moves to Lasqueti
June 2nd to June 15th: Sense of the Soul Clinic / Ammolite is closed while I get settled and Sydney sleuths out accomodations in Nanaimo. No orders will be processed during this time!
June 16th: Senses of the Soul Clinic / Ammolite will continue to operate in Cochrane during normal business hours for pick-up only (Wednesday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm).
Moving date for the clinic and Sydney is unknown at this time but stay tuned for details! One step at a time!
